‘Keys to Hope & Healing’

This program is conducted in 2hr sessions over six weeks. It addresses the many aspects of abortion recovery, working through such issues as grief, anger, loss and forgiveness.

These small group sessions are held in a warm and inviting home environment and conducted by compassionate and supportive trained facilitators who understand the trauma that can be associated with an abortion experience.

You will feel validated and heard and will be gently accompanied along a journey towards peace, hope, love and freedom in a safe and confidential space.

This is what ‘Keys to Hope & Healing’ participants had to say:

‘Helped me integrate complex emotions that I didn’t know how to identify. I can now move on in this journey and feel more positive about myself and my future compared to how lonely, lost and angry I felt before.’

‘I really appreciated the opportunity and space that this course gave me. I needed help with my abortion trauma and this gave me someone/somewhere to do this’.

‘’Before: Lonely, angry, sad
 During: Hopeful, encouraged
Now: On my journey to healing, and a positive outlook on my life now.’

eMerge One Day Retreats

This day is available as a great optional follow-on from the ‘Keys to Hope & Healing’ program.

The one-day retreat is spent exploring the various complex issues already covered even further and delving more wholistically into the aspects of emotional and spiritual healing.

Delivered in a small group setting of no more than four women who have already travelled together through the ‘Keys to Hope and Healing’ program, the retreat is run by familiar facilitators in a familiar environment.

This deeper dive into recovery enhances the discovery of lost self-acceptance and true self-worth in order to experience even greater peace and freedom.

This is what retreat participants had to say:

“I feel I have moved forward on my healing journey. I was quite anxious prior to going as I knew I would be quite emotional, but it was a safe, non-judgemental place to share my story and feelings. I now feel released from the hold of guilt and shame”.

“It was relevant, sensitive and informative all wrapped up in love. I am immensely grateful and thank you for your kindness”.

“I was re-humanised and identified and grieved and celebrated. I have found a way forward. Thank you”.
